The Opportunity

In an effort to maximize profits and advertising ROI, NSA Media partnered with QualPro to analyze data derived from a multitude of sources, including POS data, loyalty programs, service tickets, and credit card swipes.

The Approach

QualPro consultants conducted a thorough historical data analysis of NSA Media’s current processes, then assembled a project team to generate innovative ideas for improvement.  Ideas related to factors such as paper quality, placement and messaging of advertisements, pre-print inserts, color schemes, employee behaviors, and more.
