Sally began her career in the chemical industry working as a supply chain analyst where she improved efficiencies in customer demand planning and fulfillment for multiple products. She then moved into operations where she worked as a process engineer and later moved into a continuous improvement leadership role where she successfully led the implementation of a continuous improvement process program with the assistance of QualPro that is still in place today. She boasts a successful career in leading and assisting organizations to achieve strategic objectives through efficiency gains, cost reductions, revenue enhancements and improvement of customer experience.
Sally received her Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering with a chemistry minor from the University of Alabama.

Sally Mizell is an account director for QualPro. Sally brings with her over thirteen years of diverse professional experience in performance improvement applications, technical consulting, and project management. As a QualPro consultant and project manager, Sally has become a leading authority on the use of QualPro’s MVT® Process in chemical manufacturing and telecommunications. Sally is now serving as an account director for a large petroleum company. Her work in the telecommunications industry included managing a team of consultants in utilizing the MVT® Process to improve consumer sales and margin, effectively spend marketing dollars, reduce customer churn and decrease cycle time on customer installs.
